How to Setup a Telephone Tree
The key to setting up a successful telephone tree is to make sure you have volunteers committed to calling a specific number of people each time the telephone tree is activated. By doing this you reach each part of your region and no one person makes all the phone calls. What follows is an example of the structure of a telephone tree. Use this method, make sure each contact person realizes their responsibility, keep the list current and feel confident that vour telephone tree is working!
